Non-Petition Question: Particular Site Adjudged a Nuisance
This local liquor option question is placed on the ballot by filing with the board of elections the judgment entry declaring the particular location a nuisance, as defined in R.C. 3767.01(C).
The question shall be submitted to the electors as follows:“Shall the sale of beer and intoxicating liquor at (insert the address of the permit premises) , which was adjudged to be a nuisance to the public by (insert the name of the court, including the name of the political subdivision of the court, issuing such judgment) on (the date the judgment was issued by the court) be permitted in this precinct?”
